We are currently investigating a high load issue which has affected websites hosted on one of our professional servers. We will post more once we have an update.

[resolved] After 24 hours of stability on these servers, we're marking this issue as resolved.

7th June 2018, at 1:07PM

[monitoring] After continuing analysis, we identified a small difference between the two affected servers and our other Professional Hosting servers. This has been set back to match the stable servers and we continue to monitor the situation closely.

6th June 2018, at 10:59AM

[monitoring] These servers remain unstable and are being worked on. In the early hours of this morning we identified some software which was potentially causing the instability and disabled it. We continue to monitor the situation.

5th June 2018, at 10:17AM

[monitoring] Several packages have been updated, and a reboot has just been issued in an attempt to improve stability. We will continue to monitor to ensure that this has helped.

3rd June 2018, at 5:45PM

[monitoring] An issue was found with some packages on the server. We have now resolved this and websites on the server should now be working as expected. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
