Description

16:55: The server is now back online, all services are also live once more.

16:40: The engineer has now restored the server to operation. The system is completing a final disk check before being brought back to the network.

15:45: An engineer has now been raised at the datacenter

15:30: The server did not recover after the initial power cycle. The server has been rebooted again.

15:15: The server has now been power cycled and we are awaiting for the system to come back online.

We are currently aware that server7 (resellers) sites are not responding at present. We have an engineer looking at this at present.

This has now been patched. All email services are resumed. Thank you for your patience during this process.

Our engineers are currently upgrading the email server to close a security hole which has been identified as causing the recent degraded service.

We hope to have the email server back online as soon as possible.
