Update 22:00: The Level 3 connection was restored this evening.

We are currently aware of slowness affecting the 34SP.com network. This is due to an external fault with the the Level 3 transit connection we use.

Traffic is presently being routed over our Abovenet connection, while the Level 3 fault is investigated. All services should remain live.

Description

Update: The bulk of the migration was completely successfully without any issues at 16:30. At this time you should find your site and email working fine from the new upgraded server.

A very small handful of users may find slight issues with their sites. We urge you to contact us ASAP if this is the case. The status of this migration will remain as unresolved until Tuesday morning when we triple check and finalise the move.

At this point all users will be emailed with a completion email.

The lothos.34sp.com server is currently undergoing a migration to a new server due to intermittent hardware issues causing some instability to the hosting.

FTP has been disabled during this period to try to avoid any lost changes during this period, please try to avoid also making changes in the siteadmin area as these are likely to be lost during this period.
