An issue was identified with the bill.34sp.com server at 08:55:42 (GMT) April 18, 2009. 34SP.com engineers have been notified and are presently looking into this problem. Further updates will be posted by our support team, should the problem require extended analysis/correction.

08:00 The issue was tracked down to a hacked account, causing excess load on the server. This has now been corrected.
22:30: We are aware of a recurring load issue on the carr.34sp.com server. This is being looked into now. If the issue is causing problems for your site please email us so we can migrate your account to a newer, trouble free server ASAP.

Mon 13, 09:00: All servers should now be corrected, no further issues should be seen.
23:11 The majority of users should see their siteadmin warning messages corrected. A small number of users may still see security warnings. Siteadmin should still be accessible. The remainder of the issues will be corrected early AM Monday.
20:36: The issue has been resolved with the 34SP.com website. Secure connections should now be available once more without warning.
Issues are still being worked on in regard to /siteadmin access on some client facing servers. Please note the siteadmin is still available. Most browsers should allow you to bypass the error (e.g. adding a temporary exception in Firefox).
16:00: We are presently aware of the issue affecting SSL on our site, this is causing problems for secure connections on our own www.34sp.com site. We hope to resolve the issue shortly.
