20:15: Kitt is now back up and all services restored. The disks required some errors correcting.
19.05: Kitt has failed. The machine is being power cycled and we are looking into the fault.

Here at 34SP.com we believe in open communication.

As an update to this, BT have finally confirmed there is a faulty unit at the exchange and they now plan to swap this unit out, We will let you know as soon as we do when we will be able to re open our lines.
