The issues with Gambit should now be solved. If anyone is still experiencing troubles with Gambit, then please contact support@34sp.com with as much detail as you can, and our support staff will endeavour to help you.

We have located a possible further issue with some files on the server but this would require further downtime to fix. The server is currently available, though FrontPage Extensions are not working for some customers.

Update @ 09:00, Monday 27th
Gambit is now back online. Unfortunately not all issues were fixed by the (lengthy) disk scanning and other measures are being discussed at this time.
Customers wishing to use the webmail facility on domains hosted by Gambit can alternatively use the webmail facility at http://webmail.34sp.com.
Once again, we apologise for the length of disruption this has caused and thank you for your patience in this matter.

Update @ 5.30pm Sat 25th.
Unfortunately the gambit server is still offline. The system is still running a full disk scan to ensure no data is lost. No services can run while this is performed.
As soon as we have more information from the engineers we will post more. Again thank you for your continued patience in this matter.

UPDATE, @ 4PM: We apologise for the extended period of outage on this issue. Engineers are still waiting for the server to finish checking its file system, which is taking longer than expected.

Due to the recent issues with Gambit it has been necessary to perform a sanity check on its disk file systems.
This requires that all services are stopped whilst the checks are in place.
Engineers are actively working on Gambit and we hope to have Gambit back up and working as soon as possible.

Webmail is currently unavailable on gambit.34sp.com, our frontpage hosting server.
If you do need to access your mail using a web client, please visit http://webmail.34sp.com to use our improved Atmail interface. Enter your e-mail address and password, and then put gambit.34sp.com into the Mailserver field.
We are working to restore normal webmail functionality as soon as possible.

19:30: All services are now up and running.

19:05: The gambit server is now being brought back online. Due to a bad shutdown the system is performing a full disk scan. After this completes all services should be back online.

The sending mail issue has now been resolved. There is however a large queue of mails that are being delivered so there will be some delays until the system has caught up.
