22:48: Server has been power cycled.
22.30: We are presently looking at an error affecting this server. It has caused the system to lock up.

The database is now repaired and customer logins are now restored. If any customers have made payments before or during this downtime and your sites have not updated or gone live, please email support@34sp.com and we will check this over for you.

Sadly the database has suffered damage and I am repairing the relevant tables at present. This will take at least 1 hour if all goes well. Until then, logins will not be allowed. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This is also affecting the password recovery feature.
It is possible many features of our site may not be working at present.
We are currently aware customers cannot login via our homepage at https://www.34sp.com/login

Our engineers are still monitoring server9. It is working but has shown reliability issues. Those wishing to be moved asap please email support@34sp.com. We are looking at moving users to a new server and will let you know as soon as is possible,
