The server Kitt is failing to respond to both www requests and ping attempts. Engineers are investigating this issue at this moment - more information will be posted as it becomes available.

Update 22:00: The Level 3 connection was restored this evening.

We are currently aware of slowness affecting the 34SP.com network. This is due to an external fault with the the Level 3 transit connection we use.
Traffic is presently being routed over our Abovenet connection, while the Level 3 fault is investigated. All services should remain live.
