UPDATE 00:54
Migration to the new server is now complete. A final confirmation email will go out Friday morning.
If you are a server1 user please be sure to check your registered email address for the mail sent earlier today regarding the changes to PHP and MySQL under plesk8.
--
Over the past 72 hours the server1 server has become unstable. In light of the continued failures a server migration is now under way. All data and settings are being migrated to a standby system.
We anticipate the transfer to be completed within 24 hours (provided the existing server1 server remains stable). Once all account data has been copied across we will update the DNS and your server1 sites will be served from the new system. The switch should be seamless and you should see no downtime of any service. While the migration is underway please do not make any changes within the siteadmin control panel of your affected domains.
All affected users have been emailed with more detailed information.
