We are pleased to announce our new telephone facilities are now in place. These include a new queueing system to ensure your calls get answered.
---------------------
We would like to apologise to customers for the current telephone support situation. As many of you will be aware we relocated offices but sadly due to a let down by a major telecoms provider no lines have been fitted. As such we are providing support via skype phone. This may make it difficult to get though and the quality of the call may be degraded. Again we thank you for your patience and expect the new lines to open on April 10th 2007.
We advise that email is the best and quickest form of support at this time.

Please note 34SP.com is moving floors on Thursday 7th March and Friday 8th March.
As a result telephone support and email support may be temporarily unavailable or running slower than users are accustomed to.
We thank you for you patience in this matter.

Today several personal accounts suffered a hack attempt, focused on the exploit of FTP. The attacker/s used FTP details to access accounts and upload a malicious iframe that in turn linked to an external site
hosting the following file:
http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/virus.aspx?id=36725
We took immediate steps to identify and block the source of the attack.
The file was removed and standard index pages restored. We believe
accounts were affected for no more than five hours.
At this time we are urging all affected users to update their passwords. Affected users will have been notified as well. We
believe only FTP passwords were affected, but for added security it is advisable to update all your site passwords if similar. To update your FTP
password:
Login to DOMAIN/siteadmin
Select DOMAIN
Select setup
Enter a new password, update and log out.
We are also making an urgent review of the software presently in use on various servers. We would also like to take the opportunity to remind all users to ensure they have adequate and upto date local backups of important site data.
Personal hosting accounts are not backed by a guaranteed backup option as standard. For information on our own backup services please see:
