The server smtp2.34sp.com is currently unavailable due to planned maintenance. All customers with SMTP service should be using smtp.34sp.com and will not see any effect. If you are specifically connecting to smtp2.34sp.com, please change the settings in your mail client to connect to smtp.34sp.com.

Server3 is now back online

Gort is experiencing some issues that are affecting services including mail and webmail. www services are unaffected. We anticipate that a server restart will clear this issue, and a technician has been dispatched to the data centre in order to facilitate this.

99% of www and db data was successfully recovered from the failed system
Email data fared less well and we are looking at some small loss of stored email. Email sent during the outage will be resent in due time by the sender.

The server has failed (hardware) during the migration process.
We are now migrating the data that was retrieved before the failure occured.
All server4 clients will have been mailed regarding the issues affecting the system and steps being taken.
