This issue has now been resolved at 14:42 Affected SMTP services have been migrated to a spare server. Please revert to using smtp.34sp.com or smtp.YOURDOMAIN.COM

The SMTP service is again failing and we are aware of a possible fan failure. Our engineers are looking at this now.
As a short term workaround please set the outgoing mail server to smtp7.34sp.com

smtp2.34sp.com is currently offline as a result mail sending may fail. We have several servers in the array so please keep retrying and it will choose one that works from that array.
