Mother is now back online and all services have been restored.
The issue was related to the failure of one of the hard disks on the RAID array. The failed disk has been removed.
Tomorrow (20/03/08) an engineer will be on site to replace the failed disk. At this point we anticipate a further outage of around 10-15 minutes.

Services were stabilised late Friday evening (07/03/08). The system seems to be performing well at this time.
As a precaution however we have begun moving clients slowly over to business5.

The server has been taken off-line briefly, to undergo a reboot and undergo hard disk changes.

As users may be aware, busines4.34sp.com has been experiencing temporary load issues throughout today. This is affecting all services.
We are still looking into the issues affecting the business4.34sp.com server.
At this time we have been unable to correct the problem, but are continuing to actively look into this with our onsite engineers.
We are able to migrate sites to another server, if you cannot wait for the problem to be corrected. Please note any sites will be migrated to a newer server using MySQL5 and PHP5.

VPS2 is still intermittent we will be moving all users off of this Hardware node onto another.
