This will affect those who have recently registered for personal hosting.
The following accounts have been suspended. This is temporary due to the need for an emergency Apache recompile. We will restore these sites as soon as this is done. This should take no more than a few hours.

Mother is now back online and all services have been restored.
The issue was related to the failure of one of the hard disks on the RAID array. The failed disk has been removed.
Tomorrow (20/03/08) an engineer will be on site to replace the failed disk. At this point we anticipate a further outage of around 10-15 minutes.

An issue was identified with the mother server at 19:55:09 (GMT) March 19, 2008. 34SP.com engineers have been notified and are presently looking into this problem. Further updates will be posted by our support team, should the problem require extended analysis/correction.

Services were stabilised late Friday evening (07/03/08). The system seems to be performing well at this time.
As a precaution however we have begun moving clients slowly over to business5.

The server has been taken off-line briefly, to undergo a reboot and undergo hard disk changes.
The server should be back on-line as soon as these changes are made.

As users may be aware, busines4.34sp.com has been experiencing temporary load issues throughout today. This is affecting all services.
We are still looking into the issues affecting the business4.34sp.com server.
At this time we have been unable to correct the problem, but are continuing to actively look into this with our onsite engineers.
We are able to migrate sites to another server, if you cannot wait for the problem to be corrected. Please note any sites will be migrated to a newer server using MySQL5 and PHP5.
