Two further planned outages have been conducted. 03.32->03.36 and 03.40-> 03.42. This puts in place critical infrastructure upgrades to our routing hardware.

The network went offline at 03.13 and was restored at 03.15. The first upgrade is now complete (core switching upgrade).

The 34SP.com network will be going offline shortly. This is a planned upgrade to our core networking equipment.
The upgrade should take no more than a few minutes.

The migration to a new server is now complete. All database and email data should be upto date.
Due to disk issues on the failing server, www content was restored from maintenance backups and could be upto 30 days old. Please contact us if you need us to attempt to extract data from the old server.
All users have been mailed with full details of the complete migration; including updates to the software on the new server. Please refer to this email for initial queries.

We are in the process of migrating users to a newer server, and keeping the original kitt server available as much as possible during the transition. Unfortunately due to failing hardware there are periods during which sites hosted on the kitt server will not be available.
