Atmail Load Issues (webmail.34sp.com)

resolved

Description

Update at 09:25:02(BST): Update at 10:01:52(BST): The initial issue appears to be resolved, however both customer-facing webmail servers are experiencing a very high surge of connections as a result of customers re-trying to download e-mail.

Please accept our apologies - things should get smoother shortly.

We have another customer-facing machine to come into service very shortly, which should hopefully provide service improvements during these peaks.

We've been experiencing a huge surge in load on one of our two customer-facing servers that provide the Atmail webmail facility.

We're currently working on this and hope to have the issue resolved soon.
