Update at 10:13:22(BST): Holly is fully running a full diskscan in the background, this may cause some services to run slow for a while




The holly.34sp.com server suffered a failure of services this morning, this was rebooted and is now back online.

We are monitoring the server at this time to see if it has any further issues.

Update at 11:31:54(BST): Queeg is now up, we're investigating the cause and will monitor the machine for any further issues over the next few hours.


Queeg is down but we're working to restore this machine service as we speak.

Update at 03:23:32(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.All mail services should now be back online, please let us know if anyone is experiencing any issues.




Update at 01:19:44(BST): The syncing of some of the email to a new storage server is taking longer than was expected, we will get the service back online as soon as possible.




The atmail mail cluster is currently offline undergoing some maintenance.

Update at 15:13:49(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.



Update at 14:52:23(BST): The machine is back up again and VPS' are slowly booting back up themselves. We will continue to monitor this machine for now.


The VPS host, vps6.34sp.com appears to be down and isn't responding to network pings. We're attempting to bring the machine back to service ASAP.

Update at 09:37:06(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.
Our support systems are now back online. Our team are working hard to catch up with the backlog. We would request customers use support@34sp.com to contact us or follow up rather than chasing these by phone as this will delay the speed of resolution for your case. Update at 15:07:16(BST):
We have been running file recovery software to retrieve our support ticket systems database. This is taking longer than expected but we hope it will get us back on line as soon as possible. We thank you for your continued patience.

Unfortunately this issue is ongoing. As such there could be up to several hours delay on support email replies.

Description

Update at 21:17:05(BST): We are confidant that the issues with Prohost7 are now resolved.



Update at 14:27:22(BST): Prohost7 is now back up, with all services functioning normally. We will continue to monitor this machine for a short time.


Prohost7 has suffered a massive surge in resource utilisation and unfortunately required a reboot.

The machine is now booting-up again and we hope to have all services back to normal shortly.

SMTP Server Issues (smtp.34sp.com)

Description

Update at 21:17:42(BST): We are confidant that the issues with the SMTP servers 2 & 5 are now resolved.



Some of the servers that operate under the 'smtp.34sp.com' guise have been having issues this morning.

We have since rectified the fault and will be monitoring the situation from here.
