Issues for BT Broadband Customers (N/A)

resolved

Description

Update at 18:46:50(BST): Update at 17:37:36(BST): A number of our customers are reporting that the issue has now been rectified by BT. We shall continue to monitor any reports of issues for a short while longer.

Update at 17:02:07(BST): One of our customers has informed us that BT have admitted to him that they are aware of a "major fault" and are working to rectify the issue. We have no further information at this time.

Update at 16:41:04(BST): Please note that this particular issue is a routing issue in BT's internal systems, NOT a problem with your physical telephone line. Please be sure to convey this information if/when contacting BT.

Some useful numbers in case you're affected - for BT Business broadband customers please use 0845 600 7020, for BT Residential customers please use 0800 111 4567

We have noticed that customers utilising BT Broadband are having issues reaching our network via AboveNet.

At present our diagnostics have shown that there is no error in our own connectivity to AboveNet and at present we believe this to be a fault for BT to rectify.

If you're having issues with connectivity to your website (or 34sp.com) and utilise BT Broadband, please contact BT.
