Update at 13:30:30(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server. The attacks appeared to stop later yesterday. We have also added some software updates to help and increased server memory to cope under load. The server and sites are now working better than before and we'll continue to keep a close eye on this.
Update at 11:18:29(GMT): The reseller server server9.xenserve.com is currently experiencing an unusually high load, partly as a result of an ongoing attack against a site hosted on the server.
Sites hosted on this server will currently be loading slower than usual and may occasionally time out.
We are working to mitigate this attack and restore the server to full availability.

Server3,5 and 9.xenserve.com all stopped responding and could not be remotely administered.

Update at 13:15:05(GMT): All sites and servers should be available from around 1PM. While no email should be lost we do anticipate some brief email delays, as queued email is now routed to destination servers with NS functional.
The cause of this fault seems to relate to datacentre issues in turn causing the main nameserver to reboot. We are looking into why some users were unable to use ns2 as the failover system.
Update at 13:04:36(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The fault on our primary nameserver has been corrected. Users should now see issues resolving in due course.
Update at 12:32:37(GMT): We have identified a fault affecting our primary nameserver system. This is causing knock on faults with both email and www systems. This fault should be corrected shortly.
We are currently aware of network wide issues. Engineers are looking into this now.
