Update at 08:10:23(GMT): Update at 08:31:29(GMT): The engineers have managed to isolate the cause and bring the server back up and running. All containers on the host server are starting back up now and normal service will resume soon.

We are currently investigating into a VPS host server issue which has occurred since last nights maintenance. This will be affecting all VPS containers on the server.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and assurances we are doing all we can to get service up and running again as quickly as possible.

Description

Update at 08:04:14(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The disk check has finished and found no issues. All services are now back up and running as normal. 34SP for apologies for any inconvenience caused.


Following the notified power migration a short time ago, the prohost16.34sp.com server has come back up but is performing a mandatory disk check. The server and all web sites on it will be available once this has completed.

E-mail is not affected by this.

Description

Update at 17:01:12(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.A reboot was eventually needed. We've made a couple of changes to the server software to prevent a repeat of the problems.

Engineers are currently investigating reports of prohost27 running under extreme load and therefore making websites on this server unavailable. Further information will be posted as soon as they become available.

Description

Update at 15:16:03(BST): This issue is now marked as resolved following several days of full availability.

Update at 14:39:55(BST): Issue traced by our provider to "light loss" in a fibre optic cable which has now been replaced. Everything seems back to normal for now, but we will continue to monitor.

Update at 14:00:42(BST): Our transit provider has confirmed an issue with fibre optic cabling and suspect this has been severed by external contractors.

As soon as further details become available, we will update accordingly.

We are currently aware of network wide issues.
Engineers are looking into this now.

Update at 14:06:08(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.This evening one of our network providers is performing maintenance.

Our Atmail email system relies on this link and will be unavailable during this period. The maintenance is expected to last no more than two hours during 00.30 and 06.00.

While email on Atmail will not be accessible, any email sent to your account during this time will be queued at the senders end, for re-delivery once the system is available once more.

Prohost 15 is being rebooted and a small security update is being added. We don't expect this to take long and we'll update this once everything is back and checked.
