Update at 13:33:44(BST): The server has come back up following the disk check and is now serving sites as normal.

Update at 12:52:45(BST), 22nd July: The server has been issued a reboot from our engineers. They are currently checking the logs and kernel version on the server to increase it's stability. The server is currently undergoing a disk check from the reboot and we expect it to come back online shortly.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.


Update at 13:11:13(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.A new kernel has been installed. The disk check completed okay and no errors were found. All services have been up and running great for the last hour. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.


Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with Server19, the server is undergoing a reboot and disk check. Once it's back online the engineers will be looking for the cause of the issue.

Update at 09:56:34(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The server came back online around 9:00am and all business hosting accounts were back online by 9:30am. Our engineers have located the source of the issue and have issued a fix to prevent this happening in future. 34SP.com apologise for any inconvenience caused.


We are currently experiencing issues with our business hosting server, businesshost2.

The server is currently powered up but not responding to website requests, our engineers are investigating in to this at present and we hope to have service back again shortly.

We apologies for inconvenience caused and give our assurances we are doing everything we can to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.

Update at 13:34:20(BST): This issue is now being marked as resolved.



Update at 13:05:11(BST): Service on these servers has now been restored.


Update at 12:12:46(BST): Several engineers are now working together on this case to regain full access to the server.


Update at 10:12:05(BST): Our engineer is on site investigating the issue affecting these servers now.


Update at 08:42:58(BST): The virtual host housing these servers is unresponsive following a reboot. An engineer is currently en route to the data centre to carry out further investigations.

Due to critically high traffic; these servers are currently disconnected from the main network rendering all hosted sites offline.

Update at 22:46:06(BST): Upgrade now complete and all Atmail email back online.

Update at 22:37:06(BST): The upgrade has now begun.

Update at 22:29:21(BST): In a short while Atmail hosted email will go offline, so we can continue with our system upgrades to the platform. This will increase capacity for all users.

The upgrade will begin in approximately 10 minutes and will take between 10-15 minutes.

Update at 17:28:50(BST): Update at 17:14:01(BST): Update at 17:13:02(BST): All services are now back online and we're currently in touch with our Datacentre to find the source of the problem.


Update at 16:31:05(BST): One of our power controllers had an issue and our engineers are resolving this. Each server will now be checked and brought back online one at a time.


We've seemed to have a power issue at our Datacentre. The engineers are on the scene looking into the problem now. We'll update our status page as soon as we have any further information and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
