Update at 15:27:21(GMT): Update at 12:49:39(GMT): Uptime has been close to 100% but not perfect since last week. We're now trying a further quick change of hardware to hopefully improve things further. Servers will be down for ~10 minutes whilst we change bits over.
Update at 16:18:17(GMT): Replacement hardware is now in place. We expect this to resolve recent issues. We'll be very closely monitoring these servers to ensure this is the case.
Update at 15:58:27(GMT): Replacement hardware has now arrived. We're going to take down prohost 26,27,28 now for a quick swap-out. We'll update this post when complete (Estimated time ~10-15 minutes)
Update at 11:07:23(GMT): We have ordered some replacement hardware for these servers and will be installing it as soon as it arrives. This will lead to a short period of downtime but will hopefully result in restored stability. Once it arrives we will be in a position to conduct thorough offline tests of the current hardware.
In the meantime, we continue to monitor the situation.

Update at 13:30:30(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server. The attacks appeared to stop later yesterday. We have also added some software updates to help and increased server memory to cope under load. The server and sites are now working better than before and we'll continue to keep a close eye on this.
Update at 11:18:29(GMT): The reseller server server9.xenserve.com is currently experiencing an unusually high load, partly as a result of an ongoing attack against a site hosted on the server.
Sites hosted on this server will currently be loading slower than usual and may occasionally time out.
We are working to mitigate this attack and restore the server to full availability.
