These servers are now being rebooted in order to add additional network connectivity.

Expected downtime is 5-10 minutes.

Update at 22:41:53(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.the upgrade has now completed.

Update at 22:25:59(BST): Upgrade begins.

In order to add more capacity to the Atmail email system, it will go offline momentarily.

The system will be inaccessible for around 10 minutes. This post will be update at the start and end of the upgrade.

Description

Update at 09:47:03(BST): Last night some database maintenance was done. There appears to be no further issues with this server now.

Update at 17:10:58(GMT): The server is back on-line and has been running fine for the past few minutes. We'll continue to keep a close eye on this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Update at 16:12:31(GMT): We're currently waiting for a full disk check to complete. We hope to see it back on-line soon.

Reseller server4 is currently not responding. Our engineers are currently looking into this.

Our main website is presently experiencing what looks to be a hardware fault.

This has led to the unavailability of our main website and functions within the control panel.

All hosted services and email are unaffected by this error.

Update at 21:31:44(BST): This issue has been resolved.

Update at 19:47:35(BST): It has come to our attention that from 19:25 no calls get past the phone queue. After several attempts to rectify the issue, an engineer has been called.

Update at 14:17:47(GMT): We are currently experiencing difficulties with our phone provider which is causing our main line to fail.
