Update at 11:58:51(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The server has been rebooted and our engineers and running some tests on the server there are no further issues.

We noticed an issue on the server and a reboot has been issued and a disk check has been started. Our engineers are currently resolving the issue and the server will be back online within the next few minutes.

Update at 16:31:56(BST): This issue has been resolved


Update at 17:51:26(BST): We have left this status in a "monitoring" state so that it remains at the top of this list as a reference for those affected.


Update at 17:39:53(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.This problem has now been traced to an erroneous firewall rule and that rule has been corrected. All sites should now be functioning as normal


Users on these servers are currently reporting an issue whereby sites are appearing incorrectly due to 'forbidden' resources.

Our engineers are looking into this issue and are working both to fix the problem and locate the cause.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing, we will update here once more is known.

Update at 16:32:32(BST): The changes seem to have worked and we are not seeing repeats of the ongoing issues on prohost8


Update at 17:51:18(BST): We are monitoring this situation but believe that these changes have helped somewhat.


Update at 15:02:41(BST): Some changes are currently being made to the configuration of prohost8 that will improve the server's performance. We are hopeful that this will improve the server's stability.


We are aware of an issue affecting the stability of this server, which will be causing websites not to load at times. We are working to resolve this problem as soon as we can and will post further updates here as they become available.

This issue has been found and resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thank you for you patience during this issue.

Update at 09:31:54(BST): Update at 16:33:09(BST): This server is now behaving correctly.


Update at 09:06:46(BST): The server has been rebooted and a full disk check is underway to the cause of the issue.


Update at 08:35:29(BST): www and mysql services are presently unavailable on this server. Engineers are working to resolve this issue.


Update at 16:09:13(BST): The immediate situation on this server has been resolved but we continue to monitor for any further issues.


Update at 14:04:05(BST): The server is currently unavailable while our engineers work on fixing this issue.


The prohost2.34sp.com server is currently experiencing a high load and this is impacting the service for all users hosted on this server. We are working to mitigate this and restore the load to normal levels.

Update at 11:56:54(BST): Engineers have resolved the issue with this server, but we will continue to monitor it closely.


We are aware of ongoing issues on the server13.xenserve.com server currently. We are working to restore this server to full stability as soon as possible.

Network Slowdown (Various)

Description

Update at 14:27:28(BST): The network has functioned correctly since the last update so this issue is now being marked as resolved.

Update at 08:47:01(BST): The engineers have now found the issue and put a fix in place. They are still monitoring this to ensure all is running ok still.

08:02:06(BST): Unfortunately the issue is still ongoing, the engineers are still working on this. We will update this page with more information as soon as we receive this from the engineers.

There is currently a high load of traffic inside our Manchester data centre causing sites to occasionally fail to load or load slowly.

Our engineers have been alerted and are investigating into the matter so try and isolate the source of this traffic so action can be taken to bring services back to normal.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and our assurances we are doing all we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Update at 20:38:02(BST): Update at 11:40:06(BST): The engineers think they have tracked down the issue to a particular site that was causing a high load on the server. We are looking into this further and hope to have this resolved today.


Update at 14:31:46(BST): We are aware this issue reoccurred within the last 10 minutes. Our engineers are attempting to trace the issue to stop this happening again. We'll update this post as soon as we have further information.

Update at 08:15:51(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The engineers have performed a reboot of the server and normal service has now resumed on the server.

Unfortunately the server is currently experiencing some issues causing both website and email services to be non responsive.

Our engineers are currently investigating into the matter and are hoping to have all services back up and running soon.
