Engineers are in the process of restarting the SMTP array following a critical security update. Your mail password will remain unchanged, but may be being rejected whilst the servers are restarted. Please do not make any changes to your password(s) during this time.

Update at 15:50:43(BST): MySQL has been restored to service so this server is now functioning normally.


Update at 15:11:12(BST): Most services are now restored, we are still working to restart the MySQL service on servr14.xenserve.com.


Update at 14:49:34(BST): Engineers continue to work on this server, and have resolved a number of issues that had occurred. We are hopeful that the server will soon be restored to service.

Engineers are currently trying to establish the fault. We thank you for your patience.

We have had to reboot the server as it had stopped responding. We hope to have it back on line as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Update at 09:09:21(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server. The downtime was just under 10 minutes and the work was successful.
All mail now back online. Thank you for your patience.

We are presently undertaking emergency work on one of our mailstore servers, in our email cluster. This will allow us to deploy additional resources. The maintenance work will mean all mailboxes will be unavailable for approximately 10-15 minutes. No email will be lost, email access will simply be unavailable during the period.

Server16 Reseller Issues (Server16.xenserve.com)

Description

Update at 14:51:10(BST): This issue was caused by an error with a PHP module on the server. Our engineers located the issue and have since resolved it.

We are currently experiencing issues with server16 on reseller hosting. Our engineers are presently working on the issue at hand and hope to have the server up and running again shortly.

This is affecting webmail and wordpress sites predominantly and resulting in an "err_empty response" or similar.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and our assurances that we are working as quickly as possible to get this resolved.
