Update at 11:01:47(BST): Update at 00:09:03(BST): A hardware issue has now been resolved and the server is back online. All should remain okay now and we'll continue to closely monitor this.
Update at 21:27:52(BST): An engineer is now on their way to the datacentre to investigate the fault, as remote access has failed.
We are currently experiencing issues with a personal hosting plan server - adam. Our engineers are presently looking into the issue and hope to have the server up and running again shortly.

Update at 21:27:16(BST): Update at 19:26:49(BST): Email authentication should be working once more.
We have detected a corruption of an internal database that has caused our SMTP authentication system to briefly halt.
This is a minor error that should be corrected momentarily and services will be restored.

Update at 16:41:04(BST): All Services working as expected now the infections are cleaned.
Update at 15:59:31(BST): Services are back and the infected sites have been disabled.
The engineers have discovered a number of hacked accounts on the system and are disabling them and contacting the owners. The services should be back shortly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Please note there was about 5mins of downtime on the atmail cluster whilst some emergency movements of mail took place to ensure availablity in the future of mail storage.
This outage was less than 5 minutes - no email will have been lost during this process.

Update at 18:50:05(BST): The issue has now been resolved with this server.Update at 18:48:54(BST): We are aware of an issue with authentication on the SMTP array. This issue is causing mail client's to refuse the password for the SMTP array. Our engineers are looking into this and we will update this page once we know more
