This issue is causing mail client's to refuse the password for the SMTP array. Our engineers are looking into this and we will update this page once we know more

Engineers are in the process of restarting the SMTP array following a critical security update. Your mail password will remain unchanged, but may be being rejected whilst the servers are restarted. Please do not make any changes to your password(s) during this time.

We are presently undertaking emergency work on one of our mailstore servers, in our email cluster. This will allow us to deploy additional resources. The maintenance work will mean all mailboxes will be unavailable for approximately 10-15 minutes. No email will be lost, email access will simply be unavailable during the period.
