We are aware that the server server4.xenserve.com is currently unavailable and the engineers are restarting this as a matter of urgency after running a scan on the file system. This should be back up shortly.

Update at 16:04:53(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The database system on business2 required a restart overnight. This was initiated remotely, but the server has since become unresponsive. Engineers are currently en-route to the data centre for an on-sight investigation.
UPDATE: Engineers have performed a hard reboot and all services are now running normally.

Update at 10:51:52(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The issues affecting our phone systems have now been resolved and our phone lines are now open as normal.
We are currently experiencing issues with our phone systems which is preventing us from offering phone support. Our engineers are investigating into this at present and hope to have the service back up and running soon.
