Update at 19:54:05(GMT): An has occurred with one of our email storage systems which as an a result we have have to temporarily disable email to find the source of the issue and get resolved.

The Email service (POP/IMAP/Webmail) for all Professional hosting, Business hosting, ASP Business hosting and personal Hosting accounts with spam filtering upgrades are currently effected.

Please accepted our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this time and our assurances that we are working as hard as we can to get the service back up an running as soon as possible.

Update at 16:32:29(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The issue has now been resolved and all the servers are back up and running.


A problem has occurred with a machine behind server1, server3, server5 and server9. This is currently causing an outage to these servers. Our engineers are currently investigating this as a matter of urgency.

Update at 14:25:02(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.We have now finished the scan and all services should be back on line.

Update at 13:41:44(GMT): Our engineers have gained remote access to the server and hope to restore all services shortly. No email will have been affected by this as emails are handled separately to the web server.

Description

Update at 23:40:27(GMT): Update at 12:09:49(GMT): The Server has once again started having troubles again. Our engineers are investigating into the cause and hope to have this back to an acceptable level soon. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and our assurances we are doing all we can to get this back to normal service.

Update at 19:19:49(GMT): The server is now back up and running and having checks performed to ensure all is ok. The engineers are still looking into the cause to try and ensure this does not repeat itself.




Update at 19:05:29(GMT): The server is currently experiencing some issues with it's DNS service. Our engineers are investigating into this now and should have the service back to running normal as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.




Update at 16:18:21(GMT): The server is currently available again and we are monitoring it for any repeat issues.




Update at 15:38:18(GMT): The server itself is up now but the DNS service is currently unavailable. We are working to restore this as soon as possible which will bring the server back to full functionality.

Update at 14:47:48(GMT): This issue was resolved some time ago and is being marked as resolved now.




Update at 18:58:38(GMT): Should the initial advice below fail please email support@34sp.com so we can confirm the SMTP details you should be using. You can also consult your welcome email for your present active service.

To clarify, SMTP services are working fine. The issue actually stems from a deletion of expired SMTP services earlier today. Some users were still using these expired systems. With the final deletion of these services earlier, they will no longer be accessible.

We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing difficulty using the SMTP (outgoing email) service. Restarting your mail client should solve these problems, but if they persist, please visit https://account.34sp.com and reset the password for your SMTP service before trying to send your email again.
