Update at 16:04:53(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The database system on business2 required a restart overnight. This was initiated remotely, but the server has since become unresponsive. Engineers are currently en-route to the data centre for an on-sight investigation.
UPDATE: Engineers have performed a hard reboot and all services are now running normally.

Update at 10:51:52(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.The issues affecting our phone systems have now been resolved and our phone lines are now open as normal.
We are currently experiencing issues with our phone systems which is preventing us from offering phone support. A problem has occurred with a machine behind server1, server3, server5 and server9. This is currently causing an outage to these servers. Our engineers are currently investigating this as a matter of urgency.
