The issue with Apache has now been resolved and the web service is running normally.


Robbie currently has an error in its Apache configuration that is preventing the service from starting. We're working to restore service.

Service on the johnny5 server has been restored.

One of our engineers is currently on his way to the datacentre to investigate this issue in person.


Johnny5 is currently unavailable. We're investigating the issue and if necessary will be en-route to the local data centre here in Manchester to rectify the problem.

The database checks are complete, status resolved.



Bill is now back up and running. We're not sure what caused the lock-up but will be investigating. As a precaution, database checks are currently running to ensure their consistency.
