Update @ 04:14 - some slight over-run on the original time slot (00:01 - 04:00) but the maintenance is now finished.


Update @ 23:54 - we will be starting the planned maintenance shortly.

Service on the johnny5 server has been restored.


Update 0948:
One of our engineers is currently on his way to the datacentre to investigate this issue in person.


Johnny5 is currently unavailable. We're investigating the issue and if necessary will be en-route to the local data centre here in Manchester to rectify the problem.

We are currently aware that users are having issues sending email, accessing our site and making purchases. we believe this is being caused by a network issue. Our engineers are working on this and we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The database checks are complete, status resolved.



Bill is now back up and running. We're not sure what caused the lock-up but will be investigating. As a precaution, database checks are currently running to ensure their consistency.

The new IRC service is now up and running.


At present 34SP.com's IRC server is not available for support queries. Please be sure to contact support via e-mail/live chat or via our telephone lines.

Server outage (Several)

Description

Update 21:40 Business7 is now also back online.

Update 21:00 Most services should now be back online. Business7 is still being attended to.

Update 18:30 Power was lost at the datacentre holding these machines. There are redundancies in place to cater for a power loss but it seems as though these have failed. We will be taking this matter up with our datacentre providers to satisfy ourselves that the problem will not be repeated. Power has now been restored to the building and service should be resumed within an hour.



Update 17:29 Datacentre engineers are aware of and currently investigating the issue.

We are currently investigating this issue and will update this post as soon as more information is available.
