We are aware of an issue on new professional and reseller hosting accounts which may be causing file access to be slow or intermittent.
We are running a repair operation on the affected file system but do not currently have a completion estimate for this operation.

Around 3.00 p.m. today we started to see instability on our new cluster hosting platform. This is the platform that serves our latest Reseller and Professional Hosting accounts. Some websites on this platform may be experiencing intermittent availability. Our engineering team are reviewing the cause of this fault and are currently working to restore stability to the platform.
