An issue relating to the xenserve.com setup was identified first thing this morning - it has now been resolved, but there may be some propagation issues affecting all reseller clients and hosted domains. Please be patient - there is nothing that we can do to speed this up unfortunately, it's literally waiting on individual ISP's to refresh their caches. Keep trying, the xenserve platforms will start working again soon.

We're going to improve the hardware on businesshost1 server. In preparation for this, we're going to be doing some maintenance on the server and taking some further backups to our regular overnight ones. Over the next 24 hours, your site may go off-line for a minute or two* whilst a full off-line backup is taken. This downtime will only occur once when this takes place. For any questions or issues, please contact support.
*Some large containers (High disk space ones) may have the one-time off-line backup lasting 5-10 minutes.

BT clients should be aware that some of their services are currently unresponsive. All our own servers are up and responding correctly. BT customers should contact them directly or check on their service status page. All non-BT clients are unaffected.

We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues within the 34SP office. This is affecting the support phonelines. We hope to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Around 10:30 am a DDoS attack was performed against our network resulting in network wide outages affecting all services for clients.
Our engineers have been working on the issue working with colleagues at the data centre to mitigate the traffic to resume service.
As of 11:30 mitigation has been implemented and has services are accessible once again, unfortunately under slower than normal conditions due to the attack still ongoing.
We are still working on the issue at hand and will continue to post more updates as and when we receive them.
34SP apologises for any inconvenience caused by the outage and gives assurances we are doing all we can to resume normal service as swiftly as possible.
