There is currently an issue with the nginx service on ResellerVPS1. This is likely to be affecting the majority of sites on the server and is being looked into with urgent priority by our Systems team.

It looks like our network is currently undergoing a DDoS style attack affecting all systems and services. Engineers are attempting to block this at router level. Mercury email system

Description

This issue was corrected at 5.11PM, mail connections would have been interrupted during this time. No email was lost, just the ability to connect. The database affected is planned to be upgraded in the next 24 hours to address this moving forward.

We are currently looking into a database issue effecting the mercury email platform. This will be affecting log in password authentication and such from mail clients and also webmail.

Mercury e-mail

Description

We are seeing intermittent issues on the Mercury email platform resulting from high load on the servers responsible for delivery of email. Engineers are investigating the cause of this increased load.

Users of Mercury email may see this as a timeout or login failure when sending and receiving their mail, or webmail failing to log in or giving errors such as "connection to IMAP server failed".
