Description

Due to a large increase in recently hacked sites, we're improving the security on our web servers to help combat this and provide real-time malware protection. Whilst we normally would do this maintenance outside of working hours, the sooner this is done, the more we can protect client's websites. A quick reboot has been done and everything should settle down in a few minutes. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We should see things a lot more stable again though with added protection.

Email (Atmail array (incoming mail) addresses beginning B E I and P)

Description

Some customers on the older atmail system may be experiencing issues connecting to the mail service where their email addresses start with the letter B E I or P. Engineers have issued a server restart to try and resolve, but this does not seem to have helped. We're attempting alternative methods of accessing the server to bring it back online and will update this status post when more news becomes available.

Users not on atmail, outgoing email and addresses not beginning with the aforementioned letters are unaffected.
