Update at 10:00:09(GMT): Unfortunately there was a delay in actioning an engineer request at our data centre.

The server has since been brought back up and running and normal service has resumed.

Update at 05:19:54(GMT): This server is currently offline. A remote power cycle has failed to restore this system.

We are currently raising an on site engineer to review and attend to this server.

Update at 23:32:55(GMT): Update at 22:26:19(GMT): The server has been brought back up and running and has some standard maintenance checks performed. We are monitoring the server closely to ensure there is no further issues.

Update at 21:48:45(GMT): 9.44PM - We have remote access to the machine and are underway in diagnosing the fault.

The server has now been hooked up to a remote and is under investigation.

Update at 13:00:00(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.Prohost17.34sp.com has currently become unresponsive. A server reboot hasn't worked to resolve this. Our engineers are currently looking into this.

Update at 02:01:10(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server. Please note that we are planning to upgrade our office Internet connectivity on Thursday, November 13th.

Our providers have indicated the work will commence in the morning and last up to four hours. They have been unable to provide more precise estimates than this time frame.

During the upgrades our ability to offer phone support will be substantially degraded.

Email support will still be unaffected and offered as normal, 8am through 8pm. As such, we direct our users to lodge all support requests via email beginning November 13th until further notice.

This post will be updated as the work begins and completes.

Update at 14:29:49(GMT): The issue has now been resolved. Users can now access the 34sp.com website and their control panel. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our website.

Mail Servers Outage (Atmail Email Platform)

Description

Update at 16:40:27(GMT): This matter is now resolved and email will be functioning normally for all users.

We're currently experiencing a problem with some of our mail servers. This is affecting users on our atmail email platform.

Users of our atmail email platform will currently be unable to retrieve their emails. This is a result of some engineering works required by our datacentre providers.

No email will be lost during these works.

We expect the outage to be resolved soon and will post further updates here as we have them.

Update at 09:34:07(GMT): All back and updated! Sorry for any inconvenience this may of caused.

Prohost15 is currently being worked on to deploy some needed security updates. We'll need to reboot the server after. Everything should be back up in 5-10 mins. Emails completely unaffected.

Update at 06:36:07(BST): This matter is now resolved and email will be functioning normally for all users.




Update at 06:29:15(BST): After a delayed start, the work is now almost complete. The majority of mail is now back online and we expect the last part to be online shortly.




Users of our atmail email platform will currently be unable to retrieve their email. This is a result of some engineering works required by our datacentre providers.

No email will be lost during these works.

We expect the outage to be under an hour in duration and will post further updates here as we have them.
