Update at 16:07:06(GMT): Last week during the planned maintenance period for this server, the server hardware was replaced. Since this we have not been aware of any further issues.

Update at 22:44:46(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.Upgrades are now complete and all services restored.
Update at 22:34:15(GMT): Email services are now going offline for approximately ten minutes.
Update at 22:32:34(GMT): In order to conduct critical updates - email services for users of the Atmail system will go offline in approximately five minutes.
The upgrade is expected to take no longer than 10-15 minutes.

Update at 14:21:11(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.As suspected, this was a packet flood aimed at a server on our network. We are looking into why this happened and hope to avoid it happening in future. As it was from an external source, this isn't as simple as removing an account on a server or similar.

Update at 17:00:57(GMT): The issue has now been resolved with this server.This seems to have resolved the issue and the server is running as expected.
Update at 13:21:31(GMT): We're currently rebooting the server to assign more memory to it in order to prevent the ongoing issues we've been seeing.

We are presently keeping a very careful eye on this system and working to track down the specific issue which we believe to be software related at this time.

We've encountered an issue on Prohost13 and our engineers are currently issuing a reboot of the server and a disk check.
