Update at 15:26:16( GMT ) : We are aware siteadmin is not working on prohost 4. Engineers are currently working on this now.


Update at 14:56:01( GMT ) : The issue has now been resolved with prohost 4. We are currently still working on prohost 3. Again apologies for any inconvenience.


We are currently conducting emergency maintenance on these servers and they will be back on line as soon as possible.

Gambit is suffering from the power outage this morning, which has resulted in it requiring a hard reboot. We're looking into the cause of the problem and will post updates when we have them.

04:50 We are presently investigating a fault affecting the erasmus.34sp.com server.

www services are unaffected but some database functionality is failing.

Erasmus, K9, server10 errors (multiple)

Description

Databases on all servers are being checked as we speak, but there seem to be no lingering problems. If you encounter anything, please contact support.

Xenserve10 has been returned to service. Please consider this time a period of monitoring.




There has been a repeat of the power failure yesterday. We will be contacting our providers once we've returned all machines to service.

Xenserve10 (server10.xenserve.com) is currently the only 34SP server that hasn't rebooted properly. Engineers are working on Xenserve10 as a priority.



Server10 is now back online as well



Erasmus and K9 are now back online, work is stil ongoing on server10



We are presently investigating an issue affecting three servers:

erasmus (personal)
K9 (personal)
server10 (reseller)

The three systems are presently offline, from what seems to be a power distribution fault.

Update at 03:08:37( GMT ) : The issue has now been resolved with this server.



We're currently unable to provide telephone support this evening, due to unforeseen connectivity errors between our office and the evening support staff.

Our Live Chat and support e-mail facilities will remain manned until 8pm tonight and are unaffected by the fault.

Telephone support will be available once again from 8am.

Description

The server is back online again. Mail services were not affected during this period.




We are presently looking at a repeat fault on the system.




Prohost4 underwent some tuning of MySQL today and appears to have run well this afternoon, therefore the status has been resolved.




Apache is back up and running, although Prohost4 is still running with quite high load which we're working to reduce.




Prohost4 is currently unable to serve any websites. Mysql & Plesk should still be available. We're working to rectify this as soon as possible.

The issue affecting this server has now been resolved.




We are currently investigating why the business account is running into issues. We will be restarting a few services in order to get the server back to its optimum.
