Description

Update at 1740 GMT: The last two servers are now available and the attack traffic has ceased. We would like to thank you for your patience during this incident and hope that we can return to providing the level of service that we aim for.

Update at 1720 GMT: Almost all servicess are now restored. We are still working on the servers prohost4.34sp.com and server12.xenserve.com.

Update at 1535 GMT: The level of attack has been reduced and most sites should still be available. We are still working to restore full functionality.

Update at 1300 GMT: We are still waiting for the provider hosting the attack source to take action. We have spoken to them and expect them to take action soon.

Update at 1100 GMT: We are waiting for a response from the provider hosting the attack source. We are also making every attempt to mitigate the effects of this attack in the meantime.

Update at 0910 GMT: The source of the attack has been identified and we are currently working with our providers and the host of the source machine to stop it.

Update at 0750 GMT: The 34SP.com network is currently experiencing issues do to an attack, and our engineers are working to mitigate the effects of this.

Engineers are currently investigating a network issue affecting all 34SP.com services.
