Description

Update at 18:40:18( GMT ) : The issue has now been resolved with this server.



18:25: The server5 system is now back online following attempts to fix a faulty PSU on the system.

All sites and services are back online, and mail sent during the outage should start to be delivered to mailboxes.

A full update email on the outage will go out to all resellers once the incident is reviewed this week.

On site engineers are still working to rectify the fault with the server.

Sadly we have no ETA at this time, although we do hope to have a working solution in place by the days end.

We will update you as soon as we have more information.
