The spares provided by Dell have not solved the problem and more parts for this server are on the way. This will again take up to 4 hours. We will post as soon as we have any more news.

The hardware failure has been confirmed and a Dell engineer is en route with spares. This will take up to 4 hours.
A failure has been identified with this server. An engineer is on site and working on solving this as soon as possible. The server is currently indicating a major hardware failure. Updates will be posted as they become available.
